Fil-Am FEST Inc. (Filipino-American Fellowship for Empowerment, Service, and Transformation) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting the Filipino-American community through faith-driven initiatives, cultural celebrations, and charitable outreach. Rooted in Christian values, our mission is to empower, serve, and transform lives by fostering unity, preserving heritage, and making a lasting impact both locally and globally.

In the heart of the Filipino-American community, a simple yet profound idea blossomed among a group of friends. United by a shared heritage and a deep passion for making a difference, these ordinary individuals came together with an extraordinary vision: to extend a hand of help and hope to those less fortunate in the Philippines. This vision led to the birth of Fil-Am Fest Inc, a vibrant manifestation of their commitment and compassion.
The story of Fil-Am Fest Inc is not one of grandeur or dramatic undertakings. Instead, it is a tale of humble beginnings, of friends gathering around kitchen tables, sharing stories of their homeland, and dreaming of ways to give back. Inspired by the call to serve, as beautifully encapsulated in Ephesians 2:10 – “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them,” they found their purpose.
This group of Filipino-American friends, with diverse backgrounds and experiences, united by their heritage and faith, realized the powerful impact they could make when they pooled their resources, talents, and time. They understood that their small efforts could ripple outward, bringing tangible change to lives thousands of miles away.
Fil-Am Fest Inc became their canvas, a platform not just to celebrate the rich Filipino culture but to enact real change. The event, centered on the theme of unity and love, aimed to build bridges between the Philippine-American community, fostering a sense of kinship and shared purpose.
A key initiative of this passionate group was to support International Care Ministries (ICM), a non-profit dedicated to transforming the lives of families in the Philippines living on less than $0.50 per day. This cause resonated deeply with the team, as it reflected their own values and the urgent needs of their ancestral homeland.
The journey of Fil-Am Fest Inc is a testament to the power of community and the impact of collective action. It’s the story of friends who chose to step beyond their daily lives to do something remarkable—to create a legacy of love and service that transcends borders and touches lives.

At Fil-Am Spring Fest, we believe in the power of generosity to create lasting change.
