Tal Bowen is a dedicated financial professional committed to ensuring the integrity and transparency of Fil-Am FEST Inc.’s operations. As the Accountant and Internal Auditor, he plays a crucial role in financial oversight, compliance, and strategic planning, helping the organization remain fiscally responsible while advancing its mission of cultural celebration and community service.
With a B.S. in Accounting and an M.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech, Tal has developed a strong foundation in financial management, cost analysis, and data systems. His professional experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Capital Trade, Incorporated, where he provides financial analysis and tax accounting support. Prior to that, he worked at KPMG as a Tax Accountant, reviewing financial records, conducting client interviews, and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations. His expertise in accounting, tax compliance, and internal auditing strengthens Fil-Am FEST Inc.’s ability to operate effectively and transparently.
